Name will be embroidered under MPCT on the front left chest. Please check spelling carefully when entering name, exchanges or refunds will not be issued for spelling mistakes at this stage. If you think you have made a mistake please email orders@bmc.london as soon as possible.
 
Title will be embroidered on the right hand sleeve, please select your relevant title from the list provided. If you don't want your title to be embroidered please select NONE from the options available.
 
Centre Location will be printed in white under MPCT across the back, please enter your centre location in the box provided, for example: "Bristol" / "Cardiff" / "Northampton"
