If you would like to exchange your items or request a refund simply fill in our returns form (which can be downloaded here) and post it back to us with your items at the following address:

All items must be returned new and unworn in original packaging within 28 days of receipt. Once we receive your items we will aim to get out replacements to you as soon as possible. For refunds, funds will be deposited back into your account within 5 working days from the date we receive the items.

 

If an item is defective or if you have a query about your exchange/refund please email orders@bmc.london and one of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
