CUSTOMISATION:

​

Your product will be customised with the logo of the course the learner is attending. It is important that the right course is selected from the options available to ensure the correct product is printed and delivered.

Please check spelling carefully when entering the name you wish to be embroidered on the personalised products.

DELIVERY:

​

Once the first payment has been made your items will be dispatched and delivered within 7 business days. 

​

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY:

​

You will have 28 days from receipt of items to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please visit our returns page to download a copy of our returns and exchanges form and view full policy conditions.

Please note that the personalised items included within this bundle are non-refundable unless faulty.

PLAN TERMS:

​

The first payment will be taken when you sign up for the payment plan. Following payments will be taken out automatically on the same date for the next 2 consecutive months i.e. if you purchase the plan on the 15th, the next payments will be taken out on the 15th of the following months.

Once the 3 payments have been taken and the plan has been paid in full, payments will automatically stop. 

Once you have received the goods included in this bundle this payment plan cannot be refunded or cancelled until all items are returned in a condition that meets are returns policy standards. Please note that once you sign up to our plan you are agreeing to the plan terms and agree to pay the £86 per month until the plan ends. Failure to complete all 3 payments upon receipt of goods will void your contract with us and further action will be taken.
